Requirements

• Lived experience as a primary caregiver for a loved one with behavioral health challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and database use.
• Valid Maryland driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
