In Short

• Responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Work closely with IT Data & Analytics team and business users.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into single-source data sets.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Implement quality control processes for data accuracy and reliability.
• Document data pipeline creation for knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and data quality issues.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL roles.

Requirements

• Expertise in data pipeline tools, SSIS/Talend preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of data ETL pipeline standards and best practices.
• Skills in SQL and ETL transformation/performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
