Marshall Reddick Real Estate is seeking a self-starting, reliable, and eager customer service professional to contribute to our Property Management division, handling maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolutions.

In Short

• Full-time remote position based in Mexico.
• Support a portfolio of properties in San Antonio, TX.
• Handle and filter incoming maintenance requests through AppFolio.
• Communicate with vendors and landlords regarding property status.
• Excellent organization and time management skills required.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:30am CDT - 5:30pm CDT.
• Proactive team member needed to make an immediate impact.
• Hourly rate between $8.00 - $12.00 USD.
• Bonus pay for U.S. holidays and time off.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service.
• Familiarity with property management software, preferably AppFolio.
• Strong communication skills.
