Overview

The Corporate Paralegal supports the Legal and business teams by executing legal, compliance and contract-related work across the organization, ensuring that advertising campaigns, contracts, and operations meet legal and regulatory standards.

• Evaluate advertising materials for regulatory risk and assess claims using FTC standards.
• Review standard agreements and summarize legal and business risks for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of FTC standards and advertising law.

• Uses AI tools to support legal research and documentation.
