Overview

The AI Product Engineer will design and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI services, leveraging AI-assisted development to enhance quality, cost, and latency.

• Design and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI services.
• Use AI assistants to scaffold and review code.
• Build evaluation suites for accuracy, safety, cost, and latency.
• Implement guardrails for prompt-injection mitigation and output validation.
• Instrument tracing, dashboards, and alerting for performance monitoring.
• Own vendor abstraction with clean interfaces and fallbacks.
• Collaborate with Product/Design and Data/Infra teams.
• Document key processes and known issues for future iterations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node and/or Python.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL and CI/CD.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Azure or major cloud platforms.
• Product mindset focusing on shipped value.
