Overview

Mark43 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver software to public safety agencies, managing implementation efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

Manage a portfolio of public safety software deployments.
Coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
Build and maintain project plans and documentation.
Establish mitigation plans for potential challenges.
Contribute to PM tools and process standardization.
Collaborate with agency leadership to align priorities.
Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Work in a customer-facing role within the PMO team.
Support public safety agencies with mission-critical technology.

Requirements

PMP certification or working towards it.
3 to 4 years of PM experience.
Experience with cloud software implementations.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in PM processes and frameworks.
Ability to create analytical reports and trackers.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with PM documentation.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
