Overview

Mark43 is seeking a Proposal Writer with exceptional writing, organizational, and communication skills to join our Capture Management team. This role involves managing and developing high-quality, compliant responses to government RFPs/RFIs in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Lead all proposal-related activities and meetings.
• Manage the proposal process for multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of proposals.
• Develop tailored responses aligned with RFP specifications.
• Produce high-quality written content.

• Use proposal tracking systems to monitor bid opportunities.
• Maintain and update the in-house proposal library.

Requirements

• Proven ability to develop quality proposal responses under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional planning and organization skills.
• Strong proficiency in articulating complex information.
• Impeccable written communication and proofreading abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills and experience with other MS Office tools.
• 2-3 years of government proposal writing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
