NOC Technician - Remote

Overview

The International Network Operation Center (INOC) Technician will be responsible for monitoring all MARA sites online via company software, applications and dashboards as well as adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

In Short

• Perform routine monitoring of mining equipment via Foreman, Grafana, DOMO and dashboards such as Data Wayfarer.
• Utilize the Maintain X application to ensure optimal functionality of company equipment.
• Collaborate with mining engineers, software engineers, datacenter technicians and other team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Monitor various dashboards for issues and report findings to the proper personnel.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Participate in and promote a culture of safety with datacenter personnel.
• Practice excellent professionalism when utilizing Microsoft Teams messaging, email and phone communication etiquette.
• Be on-call during emergencies.
• This is NOT a call center position.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly in the energy, blockchain, or technology sectors.
• Experience recruiting a variety of roles in a high growth, ever-evolving industry.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and candidate management platforms.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to think strategically and act with a long-term vision for building and scaling teams.
