This position involves guiding workflow, managing exceptions, and assisting in process improvement for the legal document review team, focusing on garnishments and related legal processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of higher education or work experience.
• Experience in banking operations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is a plus.
• Knowledge of complex court orders and legal documents.
• Proficient in relevant software (spreadsheets, word processing).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to exercise good judgment.
• Knowledge of federally exempt deposit laws is beneficial.
