Senior Compliance Consultant - Consumer Lending - Remote

Overview

Provide guidance on complex compliance risk management activities in assigned area of responsibility. Execute the compliance strategy and assist in identifying compliance risk exposure and help the organization prioritize compliance risks.

In Short

• Consult with managers of business units on compliance matters.
• Provide regulatory expertise in response to business initiatives and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 6 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or risk.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience in developing training programs.
• Knowledge of fair lending laws and regulations.
• Experience with BSA/AML compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in risk management and assessment.
