Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with large-scale transformation projects.
• Prior management consulting or client service experience.
• PMP, Agile, SAFe, or ScrumMaster Certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with proven leadership skills.
• Proven intellectual curiosity and sound judgment.
