Business Systems & Data Analyst IV - Remote

Overview

This role will work within our Corporate Services division supporting corporate procurement in reporting and data visualization (Power BI). This position will be responsible for providing an advanced level of support to their unit (dept) working across several simultaneous projects/programs by developing new reports and dashboards, expanding on existing metrics, as well as presenting recommendations for data improvement.

In Short

• Develop and produce departmental reports and spreadsheets.
• Perform complex analysis to support business decisions.
• Analyze large amounts of data to provide meaningful insights.
• Drive continuous improvement of existing processes.
• Participate in planning and implementation of new projects.
• Serve as functional lead on moderately complex projects.
• Coordinate and manage post-implementation feedback.
• Ensure adherence to Corporate Technology standards.
• Identify risk-related issues for escalation to management.
• Maintain internal control standards and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 5 years' experience in operational/business analytics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software packages.
• Experience in creating visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to work on multiple complex projects.
• Good understanding of the Bank’s application framework.
• Ability to present to all levels of management.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Experience with SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
