Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to manage customer service issues effectively.
• Maintain required licensing within specified timeframes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
