• Analyze, prepare, and post journal entries as needed.
• Perform bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts receivable functions.
• Manage and monitor accounts payable automation outputs.
• Compile employee expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile employee credit card statements.
• Maintain organized files and records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• General office administration duties as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Standards/ASPE.
• Experience with accounts receivable and payable.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
