• Lead Microsoft365 migrations across the full stack of Modern Workplace.

• Act as a presales consultant to identify solutions and project scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a Microsoft environment.
• Experience in Microsoft365 migrations and consultative roles.
• Strong communication skills and project ownership.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Microsoft certifications are highly desired.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with migration tools and security management.
