In Short

• Responsible for HR management focusing on event personnel before and after events.
• Create, publish, and manage job postings.
• Conduct application screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Draft and revise employment contracts.
• Act as a liaison between employees and payroll.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support the organization of team events.
• Plan and accompany annual feedback discussions.
• Be the point of contact for benefits, training, and occupational safety.
• Develop measures to recruit new event personnel.

Requirements

• Independent and very structured working style.
• Desire for a varied role with a mix of event preparation and HR administration.
• Friendly and open communication with the event team.
• Ideally, experience in HR management and coordination of personnel at sporting events.
