Business Analyst for AI Startup - Remote

In Short

• You will support the initial discovery process to understand how our clients do their work currently.
• Support the engineering team in understanding and documenting the current IT infrastructure.
• Assist in solutions design and testing of new features.
• Participate in training new users on the platform.
• Provide support for resolving user issues post-launch.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Opportunity to grow into a Product Manager position.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a business analyst, financial analyst, or computer science role.
• Experience working in Jira or Azure DevOps within an Agile framework.
• Ability to prioritize quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
