Senior Next.js Developer - Remote

Overview

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Next.js Developer at Makai Labs, responsible for front-end web development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

In Short

• Develop new user-facing features using Next.js.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years using Next.js.
• Solid experience working from a fully remote position.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Relevant experience with using Tailwind/Material UI/Joy UI.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
