Senior Test Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

MailerLite is looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our platform as we continue to scale. You will design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to drive a culture of quality.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks for our products

• Stay up-to-date with the latest test automation tools and best practices
• Mentor and support QA engineers in automation best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in test automation
• Strong expertise in test automation tools like Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or similar
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C# for test automation
• Hands-on experience with API testing
• Experience working in Agile teams, collaborating with developers, product and QA Engineers
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to analyze test failures and drive resolutions with development teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software
