• Ensure prompt and comprehensive perinatal care for Mahmee members.
• Provide clinical oversight to multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct evidence-based risk assessments for perinatal conditions.
• Manage postpartum care for birthing persons and newborns.
• Promote equitable care for marginalized populations.
• Utilize telehealth and technology for patient monitoring.
• Document care thoroughly in EHR systems.
• Lead support groups and teach classes.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to improve care strategies.
• Manage hypertensive disorders and follow-up with patients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of perinatal clinical expertise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience advocating for equitable care.
• Proficiency in virtual care platforms.
• Core competencies in critical thinking and problem-solving.
