The People Operations Manager is responsible for all people-related functions at Magna Marketing, focusing on hiring, onboarding, policy implementation, performance management, and offboarding.

Requirements

  • Proven HR generalist and recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of HR systems and procedures
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
