• Manage custom domains, emails, and phone numbers for multiple websites.
• Ensure seamless DNS management and integration with Cloudflare.
• Monitor and manage email deliverability and security.
• Lead technical aspects of site rebrands with no downtime.
• Collaborate with teams to launch rebranded experiences.
• Set up and monitor affiliate tracking systems.
• Audit affiliate tracking for reliable metrics.
• Anticipate and resolve deliverability issues proactively.
• Work with IT and Security teams on vulnerabilities.
• Engage with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of domain registration, DNS, SSL, and email delivery.
• Experience with email systems like Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience with domain management for campaigns.
• Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
• Collaborative and communicative in a team setting.
• 3+ years in a technical support or digital operations role.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing tracking tools.
• Comfort with change management and documentation.
