Fraud Analyst - Freelance, Remote

Overview

The Fraud Analyst will protect the integrity of our client's e-commerce operations and maintain customer trust in their premium wellness brand by serving as the primary guardian against fraudulent activities across multiple payment platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience or similar roles
• Proven track record in fraud analysis or risk management
• Experience with e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience with multiple payment gateway systems
• Required WFH setup: Computer with at least 8GB RAM, internet speed of at least 40MBPS, and a quiet workspace.
