In Short

• Manage and optimize Bullhorn ATS/CRM system
• Maintain data integrity and system performance
• Implement system updates and improvements
• Develop and maintain API connections
• Create automated workflows between systems
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation
• Provide responsive technical assistance to team members
• Train staff on new systems and features
• Work remotely with a reliable internet connection
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Requirements

• Proven experience with Bullhorn ATS/CRM or similar recruitment systems
• Demonstrated ability in API integration and management
