As an Assistant Coach (official title: Account Lead), you'll play a pivotal role in driving success for both our clients and assistants in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• 3+ months of team leadership experience, preferably in remote management
• Natural coach mindset - able to guide, motivate, and develop others
• Creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Resourceful approach to challenges
• Expert at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
