In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers.
• Define and drive the product design vision for our NFT marketplace and mobile app.
• Contribute directly to design projects through user flows and prototypes.
• Own and guide the design system's development.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmaps.
• Establish design processes that empower the team.
• Recruit and onboard new design talent.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design.
• 1-2 years in a management or senior leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing hands-on design work and leadership.
• Passion for crypto.
• Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive user experiences.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
