Overview

Digital Client Strategists are the heart and soul of the Mad Fish team; this position is directly responsible for leading and driving the successful execution of holistic digital marketing strategies for our clients. They possess expert-level experience with client relations, digital marketing strategy development, and collaboration with cross-functional team members to meet client goals. Digital Client Strategists approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and act as a leader for internal team members to execute on day-to-day work.

In Short

  • Operate as the main point-of-contact both internally and externally for all matters related to your assigned clients
  • Cultivate positive, collaborative working relationships with clients by building trust, communicating value & having a deep understanding of client business goals
  • Proactively manage the creation and execution of cross-channel digital strategies that meet (or exceed!) client goals
  • Craft and present client reports that leverage data and storytelling to clearly and succinctly illustrate the impact the digital strategy had on their business goals, and highlight any strategic recommendations to continually improve results
  • Seamlessly manage internal client deliverable and project deadlines; consistently provide high-quality, high-value deliverables to clients on time
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal team members to execute on client SOWs to meet client goals
  • Facilitate and lead all elements of the strategic planning process for client SOW renewals
  • Participate in prospective client meetings to lead and develop SOW recommendations with cross-functional team members
  • Master your client’s target audience and KPIs to make strategic recommendations
  • Lead all internal and external (client-facing) meetings
  • Seamlessly guide new clients through our onboarding process

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience and leverage your relationship-building skills to develop & maintain strong partnerships with clients
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience developing holistic digital strategies rooted in the marketing funnel for clients across a variety of industries
  • You have a proven understanding of how paid media, SEO, email marketing and content marketing work together to reach client goals, and you can communicate the value of a cohesive cross-channel strategy to a wide range of stakeholders
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience reporting to stakeholders on the impact paid media, SEO, email marketing and content marketing strategies have on client business goals through effective storytelling & data visualization
  • You are an excellent communicator and excel at leading meetings with all types of clients – from marketing managers to executive-level individuals
  • You make decisions based on data and within the context of the client’s broader marketing strategy & business objectives
  • You can navigate Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and paid social platforms with ease
  • You manage your time effectively & prioritize well to meet deadlines and are comfortable adapting when needed
  • You are organized, methodical and efficient in your approach to work
  • You love collaboration and have a creative, innovative spirit
  • You proactively look for new ways to improve results for your clients
