Overview

We’re hiring a Tech Lead to drive the architecture, development, and evolution of the Trofi Ops Platform (TOP). This platform supports end-to-end kitchen operations including procurement, production planning, stock control, order fulfillment, and reporting.

In Short

Own the technical vision and architecture for the Trofi Ops Platform (TOP)
Design and build robust backend systems, APIs, and integrations
Collaborate with product managers and operational stakeholders
Work across the full stack when needed
Guide and mentor a distributed team of developers
Lead technical hiring efforts and grow engineering capabilities
Ensure the platform is scalable and maintainable
Work with external vendors or contractors as necessary

Requirements

Experience in software architecture and development
Strong problem-solving skills
