Overview

The IT Strategy Consultant is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality managed services to clients within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) organization, ensuring client satisfaction and financial objectives are met.

• Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications preferred.
• Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS) are a plus.
