Client Fulfillment Accountant - Remote

Overview

This position works within our client fulfillment department. You will be responsible for managing your own book of clients and are responsible for delivering our services.

• Prepare accurate, accrual-basis financial statements.
• Perform detailed reconciliations for bank, credit card, merchant service, and loan accounts.
• Apply strong financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage multiple client onboarding projects across various industries.
• Follow structured project plans aligned with client needs and timelines.
• Deliver high-quality service that is both timely and within scope.
• Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms and integrated tools to streamline processes and drive results.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in GAAP-based accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong client communication skills and a passion for helping small businesses.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
• Industry exposure in e-commerce, product-based businesses, technology, real estate, or professional services.
• Consulting experience with multiple clients or projects at once.
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and app integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (required).
• Bonus: Experience in public accounting or working in a remote, tech-forward environment.
