Overview

The Operations Experience Coordinator will support the Director of Operations Experience by managing booking tasks and ensuring successful execution of planned itineraries.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day booking tasks and itineraries.
  • Arrange and manage transfers, ensuring all is done as planned.
  • Create purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Handle booking administration and CRM management.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Director.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, or administration in hospitality.
  • Preferred experience in luxury hospitality or travel advisory.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and data management tools (Google Suite).
  • Basic financial and billing knowledge.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities under deadlines.
  • Focus on customer needs and teamwork.
