In Short

• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target setting process in Luminor
• Analyze performance trends and deliver insights to executive management
• Coordinate Group Financial Planning and Analysis unit deliveries with CFO and other organizational units
• Develop and maintain processes and documentation for performance management
• Actively participate in development of internal tools and solutions
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement of the financial planning process

Requirements

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking
• Solid understanding of banking business
• 4+ years of experience in finance
• Well-developed presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ownership mindset and result orientation
• Open-minded attitude
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on time under pressure
• Advanced MS Office and BI tools skills
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or similar
• Fluent English is required
