Decision Maker in Private Leasing - Remote

In Short

• Prepare leasing credit memos and make decisions based on credit strategy.
• Ensure excellent customer service in accordance with policies.
• Support leasing sales unit in complex credit cases.
• Propose improvements of processes/products creating value for both the customer and the bank.
• Ensure data quality and insert data into Banking systems.
• Organize daily work and activities according to requirements.
• Collaborate with teams and provide advice on credit cases.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required.
• Flexibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK for 90 days a year.
• Temporary contract till 2026.12.31 with possibility for extension.

Requirements

• Educational background in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer financing (lending or leasing).
• Strong analytical skills in customer financial and operational analysis.
• Ability to balance business and credit risk appetite.
• Ability to gather, systemize and present information.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn and improve.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
