Overview

The Sales Manager will play a critically important role in cultivating meaningful relationships, both internal and external, to support the Grocery business. This customer-facing position will be responsible for developing and managing Grocery retailer partnerships.

In Short

  • Lead customer development activity managing our Lume business in Grocery
  • Identify, lead, and support retailer development opportunities
  • Develop sales presentations for your businesses, including line reviews, joint business planning, and merchandising negotiations
  • Build best-in-class relationships with your retail partners
  • Manage customer development, sales analytics, and forecasting needs
  • Ensure operational excellence across all merchandising and marketing elements
  • Manage brand P&L for your customer
  • Collaborate across functions to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Drive optimized outcomes for Lume
  • Work closely with retailer buying teams and cross-functional partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years of industry-specific experience in CPG sales, marketing, and/or retail
  • Strong customer development leader
  • Demonstrated track record for exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for driving great customer and retail partner experience
  • Extremely organized and dependable
  • Natural collaborator
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Willingness to take risks and learn
  • Strong communication skills
