Amazon Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Amazon Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting Lumē’s Amazon team by analyzing performance trends, generating reports, and providing data-driven insights that help drive decision-making.

In Short

• Collect, analyze, and report on key Amazon performance metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Google Sheets, and other BI tools.
• Identify and investigate data trends affecting sales and profitability.
• Assist in forecasting and business planning efforts.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by sharing insights.
• Monitor competitive trends impacting Amazon performance.
• Maintain oversight over A/B tests and track performance results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce analytics or a related data-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with Looker and SQL is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
