The PLG squad is at the heart of this mission, building onboarding journeys, trial-to-paid conversions, in-app growth loops, and delightful user experiences that accelerate adoption and long-term success.

• Own the frontend strategy, architecture, and execution for PLG initiatives.

• Champion PLG best practices: self-serve onboarding, guided tours.
• Architect scalable systems with ReactJS, Redux, MUI.
• Lead development of customer-facing experiences.
• Ensure pixel-perfect design and high performance.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class frontend team.
• Stay ahead of trends in SaaS UX and frontend engineering.

Requirements

• Proven experience in frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS, Redux, and modern web technologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
• Leadership experience in building and mentoring teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
• Experience in SaaS product development.
• Excellent communication skills.
