This key role is dedicated to organizing appointments and scheduling travel arrangements for our clients, ensuring a personalized and smooth planning process that meets their unique destination wedding needs.

• Handle inquiries and bookings for virtual appointments via phone, email, and our scheduling platform.
• Engage closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with service providers.
• Assist in the development of comprehensive schedules.
• Work with service providers to accommodate specific client requests.
• Assist clients in understanding the requirements for their appointments.
• Collect feedback from clients after their appointments.

Requirements

• High school diploma is required; further education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• A positive, high-energy attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hotel booking software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
