Wholesale Production Partner - Remote

Overview

The Wholesale Production Partner will assist partners and loan officers in developing complete loan application files and ensuring submissions meet quality expectations, ultimately increasing the efficiency and quality of the sales team loan pipeline.

• Work with partners and loan officers to develop loan application files.
• Ensure submissions meet quality standards.
• Review incoming application packages for completeness.
• Compile and organize compliance documents.
• Communicate with borrowers and partners.
• Verify information within the Loan Organization System (LOS).
• Complete necessary documentation and forms.
• Update LOS systems with notes on missing documents.
• Make ongoing contact with partners and borrowers.
• Submit complete files to Intake.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years mortgage experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
• Problem solving and analysis skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Must work West Coast hours.
