Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or lending.
• Strong understanding of construction draws and payment applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in community development and social impact finance.
• Knowledge of the construction finance industry.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and attention to detail.
