Per Diem Nurse Practitioner - Remote (Ohio)

Overview

Local Infusion is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about improving infusion therapy care. This role offers autonomy and predictable hours while working remotely.

In Short

• Provide remote supervision over RNs and perform chart audits.
• Assess and document the health status of new patients.
• Assist with annual staff review processes.
• Communicate with referring/prescribing providers.
• Must be located in and licensed in Connecticut.
• Work up to 4 hours per week.
• Experience with infusion therapy is preferred.
• Board certified through ANCC or AANP.
• Current BLS CPR certification required.
• Strong familiarity with EHR systems.

Requirements

• Medicare PTAN preferred.
• Board certified through ANCC or AANP.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Excellent IV skills.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
