Overview

The LIV Golf League is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven Senior Coordinator, Team Operations to support daily logistics and strategic execution across all off-course functions.

In Short

• Manage travel logistics for team members.
• Act as the main point of contact for operations.
• Coordinate event credentials and support on-site logistics.
• Reconcile receipts and track expenses.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
• 3+ years experience in operations or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
• Familiarity with the golf industry is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with high-profile stakeholders.

• Familiarity with LIV Golf League or golf industry is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 3 events per year).
