Senior Power BI Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in advanced Power BI semantic modeling, strong DAX skills, and a proven track record in dashboarding.

In Short

• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI semantic models to support complex business requirements.
• Design, implement, and optimize DAX queries to create efficient and scalable data models.
• Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate and transform data from various sources into Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI solutions to enhance user experience.
• Participate in capacity planning and sizing of Power BI service components.
• Maintain and update documentation related to Power BI processes and configurations in line with Allianz Technology standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for releases, upgrades, and changes.
• Support service-related risk assessments and audits.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence.
• Expertise in advanced Power BI semantic modeling and DAX.
• Proven experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency is a must.
• Excellent communication skills with a high customer focus.
