Overview

This position is for a Research Coordinator in a fast-paced Immigration Law Firm focused on humanitarian cases, responsible for submitting FOIA requests and obtaining information for clients.

In Short

• Full-time position, 40 hours a week.
• Request FOIA's for every case.
• Investigate/Research via outbound calls and emails.
• Coordinate with client coordinators for FOIA requests.
• Prepare cover letters as needed.
• Manage email boxes for record requests.
• Review record requests for details.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Great English and Spanish are a must.
