AI Application Engineer - Remote

Overview

The AI Application Engineer will work closely with the AI team to optimize, deploy, and maintain generative AI models, contributing to healthcare personalization through innovative technology.

In Short

• Work on training, fine-tuning, and deployment of conversational AI models.
• Enhance capabilities of conversational agents through interoperability with other tools.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain production software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
• Conduct testing and optimization of AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Participate in planning/agile ceremonies.
• Stay updated on the latest generative AI technologies.
• Experience in RLHF, DPO, RAG, CoT reasoning.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.

Requirements

• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with LLM-based technologies in production environments.
• Knowledge of MCP and agentic communication protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Extensive knowledge of tools related to LLM customization and deployment.
• Experience in mobile application development and voice-related technologies is a plus.
