For our client, a leading IT solutions provider offering comprehensive IT services to public institutions, multinational corporations, and SMEs, we are looking for an IT System Engineer (Workplace-Microsoft) to join their innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of IT systems and cloud infrastructure projects, contributing to the improvement of system performance, security, and efficiency.

In Short

• Collect and analyze client requirements to provide tailored IT solutions.
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities with clients and contributing to business development.
• Design and implement Workplace and Cloud solutions (Microsoft-based).
• Manage physical, virtual, and Cloud-based workplace environments for clients.
• Administer servers in a Microsoft environment, including application solutions.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support as part of the service center team.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest new service offerings with the team.
• Maintain and develop partnerships with key suppliers.
• Manage projects and oversee their execution within client environments.
• Gather client needs and produce cost estimates and specifications documents for projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions and Office 365 (certification is a plus).
• Strong experience in the maintenance of systems and servers in a Windows operating system environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server roles and functionalities.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and SQL products is an asset.
• Previous experience in a service-oriented company is a plus.
• Native French speaker with proficiency in written and spoken technical English.
