Overview

The Solutions AI Architect at LILT is responsible for driving customer acquisition and success by providing technical expertise in sales pursuits and managing the customer’s technical experience.

In Short

  • Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage customer technical experiences from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Build and present reference architectures and demo applications.
  • Align customer technology stacks with localization processes.
  • Track technology solutions and trends in multilingual content management.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in localization engineering is desirable.
  • Familiarity with integrating CMS systems to translation workflows.
  • Passion for technical problem solving and project planning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a technical pre-sales role in language services or technology.
  • Experience with complex services-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Desirable experience in localization engineering.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
