Agentic Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Agentic Analyst at LILT will design and run experiments that enhance AI agents and production workflows, collaborating with various teams to turn business problems into structured experiments.

In Short

• Design and run agentic experiments end to end.
• Script data pulls from BigQuery and assemble datasets.
• Integrate and iterate prompts in code.
• Execute runs and perform cost/quality analysis.
• Summarize results with metrics and recommendations.
• Develop and optimize prompts for workflows.
• Write Python code for automation of data processing.
• Evaluate outputs with AI and programmatic checks.
• Communicate findings in documentation and presentations.
• Contribute to prompt and experiment hygiene.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in Data Science, Analytics, or Applied AI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical skills for defining success metrics.
• SQL and data wrangling skills.
• Clear written communication skills.
