Medication Programme Manager - Remote

Overview

The Customer Programme Manager is responsible for leading the customer-facing element of our recent contract win to deliver a medication monitoring service on behalf of Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB.

In Short

• Lead the customer-facing aspect of a medication monitoring service.
• Assess capabilities of service users for self-administration of medication.
• Support installation of mobile medication management technology.
• Regularly check in with service users during the assessment period.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders including care providers and local authorities.
• Manage project status communications and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables.
• Collate and report data findings to stakeholders.
• Full-time position on a fixed-term contract for 9-10 months.
