• Deliver quality nursing care to patients in various settings.
• Assist in the implementation and conduct of research studies.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and guidelines.
• Perform clinical procedures and assessments.
• Administer investigational medications.
• Educate patients on study procedures.
• Document study data accurately.
• Coordinate study activities and schedules.
• Participate in study start-up and close-out activities.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in clinical research preferred.
• Strong skills in venipuncture and biosample processing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to maintain clinical compliance.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
