Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in higher education administration or career services.
• Experience with First Destination Surveys is a plus.
• Expertise in Excel and survey administration tools like Qualtrics or Alchemer.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail in managing complex survey projects.
